Scott Edwards
Scott started his CSB School of Broadcasting teaching career in 1995, mentoring CSB School of Broadcasting students into the radio and TV industry. Scott also brings with him 24 years in radio, both as a Radio Talent and Programmer. Scott started out working at New York City's Z100, both in promotions and as a part of the Z Morning Zoo! Soon Scott was a DJ at Z93 in the Palm Beaches of Florida; Sea View 107 in Monmouth-Ocean, NJ; HB 107 in Long Island; POWER 103 in Northern NJ; Jukebox Radio in the NY Metro; Oldies 107 in Monmouth-Ocean, NJ; The Hawk in Allentown, PA; 93 KHJ in American Samoa (hosted the morning show on both radio and cable TV); The Breeze/G106.3 in Monmouth-Ocean; and 95.9 The Rat on the Jersey Shore.
Scott's programming started at 3WD/WWPA in Pennsylvania, soon evolved to The Fox in Middletown, NY, and then took the big leap to 94.5 WNJO in NJ/Philadelphia. Years later he became an Operations Director in the Washington, D.C., market.
Scott believes that the brightest moments in his career weren't meeting Madonna, Ozzy or Smokey Robinson, but at CSB School of Broadcasting when he got the call from his students saying that they "got the gig!".
