Timothy Willis
Timothy has had a passion for the art of making films since the fifth grade. While attending school in Bentwaters, England, he took an after-school class that produced a short film entitled The Engine That Could (1981). However, his passion would sit idle for a number of years while he worked as a Political and Public Relations Consultant for both local and nationally known politicians. In 1997, Timothy went to work for the Presidential Inaugural Committee for former President Bill Clinton. In that same year, he became a staffer for the current Chair of the House Oversight Committee, U.S. Congressman Bennie Thompson, of Mississippi. In 2000, Timothy took the position of Political Director for the former U.S. Congressman Harold Ford Jr., of Tennessee. In 2001, he was hired as the spokesperson for the investor group Hoops Inc., which successfully acquired the NBA team the Vancouver Grizzlies. The team was moved from Vancouver to Memphis, Tennessee. In 2002, he was hired as Senior Consultant to the current Governor of Tennessee, Phil Bredesen, during the Governor's first successful campaign. Timothy managed a very successful public and government relations firm for several years before deciding to follow his dream of making movies.
After several months of deliberation, Timothy decided to redirect his talents. He was hired as a Consultant to handle product placement and other funding issues for the award-winning film Hustle and Flow. He worked directly with legendary Producers John Singleton and Dwight Williams. He then went on to write, direct and edit his first film, Street Life. Loose Cannon Films and York Entertainment picked up Street Life for distribution, domestically and worldwide. Following his first film, he was hired by the University of Delaware to direct and produce an HIV/AIDs outreach documentary. Timothy has directed a commercial for Current TV on behalf of L'Oreal, worked as first Associate Director on more than seven music videos, and directed and edited the experimental film Mattress. Currently, Timothy is a Producer with the TV drama Atlanta Homicide, and he has three screenplays in various stages of development. His experience as a successful Lobbyist and Public Relations Consultant have prepared him for the position he currently holds as Managing Partner of Travis Filmworks, a soundstage facility.
Timothy holds a B.A. in English and a Master's degree in Public Policy. He attended law school at the University of Mississippi.
Rob Jenners
Rob Jenners, or "Jenners" as he is known on South Florida and Atlanta radio, started as an ambitious CSB School of Broadcasting student in Davie, Florida, in late 2001. After losing his job at American Express following 9/11, Jenners decided to pursue his dream of radio and invested in the help of CSB School of Broadcasting. While he was a student at CSB School of Broadcasting, Jenners relentlessly chased an internship with the Paul & Young Ron Show, a 15-year heritage radio show helming the morning slot at South Florida's rock station 94.9 Zeta. After several months of breaking his back as an intern, he worked up from Board Operator, to Part-Time Show Producer, to Full-Time Morning Show Producer and On-Air Personality. With the Paul & Young Ron Show, Jenners became a sharp comedy writer and producer, even winning "Parody Song of the Year" at Morning Show Boot Camp in 2005. After five successful years working on the air with Paul & Young Ron, Jenners took an opportunity in 2006 to co-host and executive produce The New Morning X on heritage Atlanta alternative station 99X. He is married to his beautiful wife Shannon and has three incredible step-kids, all by the age of 29! He lives just north of Atlanta, and owes a successful radio career to the help and guidance of CSB School of Broadcasting.
