From Northern State Parkway:
Follow signs for Eastern Long Island. Take Exit 33, Wantagh Parkway South, to Exit W2 W, West Old Country Road. Turn right at stop sign and turn left at second traffic light onto Carman Avenue Extension. Take second left into Parkway Plaza parking lot. Turn left to lower level parking. Take elevator to 2nd level, Suite 211.

From Long Island Expressway:
Take Long Island Expressway to Northern State Parkway (Westbound Exit 42 or Eastbound Exit 38). Take Exit 33, Wantagh Parkway South, to Exit W2 W, West Old Country Road. Turn right at stop sign and turn left at second traffic light onto Carman Avenue Extension. Take second left into Parkway Plaza parking lot. Turn left to lower level parking. Take elevator to 2nd level, Suite 211.

From Southern State Parkway:
Take Exit 27 north to Wantagh Parkway North. Take Exit W2 W, Old Country Road West. Turn right at stop sign and turn left at second traffic light onto Carman Avenue Extension. Take second left into Parkway Plaza parking lot. Turn left to lower level parking. Take elevator to 2nd level, Suite 211.

From Meadowbrook Parkway:
Take Exit M1 E, Old Country Road East. Proceed four miles to Carman Avenue. Turn right and proceed into Parkway Plaza parking lot. Proceed down to lower level parking. Take elevator to 2nd level, Suite 211.

By Train:
The Long Island Railroad stops at the Westbury station. Train schedule and route information are available from the LIRR: 516-822-LIRR.

By Bus:
Bus schedule information may be obtained from MTA Information Center: 516-228-4000. Taxi service is also available at the station.
