Russ Riba
Russ Riba started his radio and production career over 18 years ago. While developing himself as a radio personality in Georgia and Florida, he continued to grow his voice-over, writing and production career.

Over the years, Russ landed radio positions in a variety of formats, including Top 40, Adult Contemporary, '70s Hits, Oldies and News/Talk. In addition to serving as a popular morning show host in South Florida (West Palm Beach), he was also rated No.1 as the All-Request Evening Host while at an Oldies station.

His multi-tasking abilities in the radio and production industry landed him offers for positions at marketing and advertising agencies. Russ eventually (and most likely temporarily) left the radio station atmosphere to expand his career as a Creative Director for an audio marketing company. After a few years, he was able to launch his own company.

In 2004, AudioMenu Inc. was born, and Russ serves as President and Creative Director. The company offers high-quality audio marketing solutions, such as radio campaigns, on-hold programs, web site audio and other custom projects, on a national level. He is proud to share his skills with aspiring professionals at CSB School of Broadcasting in South Florida.

Bill Murphy
Bill Murphy has been teaching radio and production classes at CSB School of Broadcasting since 1998. He's had over 20 years of experience as an on-air personality in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale at WBGG-FM and WSHE-FM and in Dallas/Ft. Worth at KEGL-FM, KDGE-FM and KTCK-AM, among others. In 2001, Bill put his radio and production skills to good use in forming his own audio production company, Murphonics Inc. (www.murphonics.com). The company covers projects ranging from voice-overs to music demos and album projects.

Bill is currently the Public Address Announcer for Florida Panthers' home games at Bank Atlantic Center (since 2002), and performs regularly with the local classic rock band Nobody's Fault. He's single, plays golf and ice hockey in his spare time, and resides in Plantation, FL.

Carey Codd
Carey Codd is a General Assignment Reporter for CBS 4/WFOR-TV in Miami, FL. Carey believes he is a vessel for people to tell their extraordinary and compelling stories. His coverage ranges from cops to courts, foreclosures to features.

Carey came to WFOR from WPEC in West Palm Beach. He's covered Hurricane Katrina from New Orleans, the 9/11 attacks from New York City and the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster from Cape Canaveral. While at WPEC, Carey was honored twice by the Florida Associated Press for individual achievement as a reporter.

Carey began teaching at CSB School of Broadcasting in 2002. "Encouraging students to share my passion for journalism led me into the classroom. It is an exciting time to work in the broadcast industry, and I'm proud to help form the next generation of broadcast professionals."

Prior to West Palm Beach, Carey worked at SNN News Channel 6, in Sarasota, FL. He holds a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Catawba College in North Carolina.

Yvette Triana
Since 2004, Yvette Triana has been a part of the newscast team Al Amanecer of Univision's channel 23 in Miami. She was born in Coral Gables, FL, where she has resided her entire life. A career in communications was not part of Yvette's plans, but she soon realized her true passion for broadcasting. She decided to attend Florida International University and fulfilled her dream when she obtained her first job with Westwood One and Univision as a Traffic Anchor for the early morning newscast. Her talents soon spiraled into jobs in acting, voice-overs and national commercial spots.

She also freelances for important radio stations in Miami and Palm Beach counties and is part of two morning radio shows, reporting news, weather and traffic conditions. Yvette gets most pleasure from her work when she is able to convey to her audience honest and objective information.

Yvette teaches courses in TV and radio broadcasting in English and Spanish at CSB School of Broadcasting.
