Chris Maze
Chris Maze has enjoyed a continual and varied career in the broadcasting industry, most recently leading her to accept the Director position at the newly established CSB School of Broadcasting – Nashville campus.

In an industry that rewards multiple talents, Chris has succeeded in different facets of the field. After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University, she headed west to Seattle, where she was a co-host for a morning radio show on KRPM. She also worked as a senior sales representative for ADVO Marketing. There she honed her marketing skills at a national level. Heading back to her hometown, Chris was able to combine her sales skills with her broadcasting and voice-over talents at WRLT, WRMX and WJXA. She was enlisted as an interactive on-air personality for the morning and afternoon shows, and in addition she wrote, voiced and produced commercials.

Making a smooth transition from radio to television, Chris was selected as the WKRN News 2 Exclusive Traffic Anchor during the morning broadcast. Her expertise and delivery led her to other traffic positions with WANT, WWTN, WSM and WMOT. While interacting with these various outlets, Chris began using her notoriety to bring attention to local charitable endeavors and events. Her philanthropic nature, combined with her extensive sales and broadcasting background, made her the perfect fit for Community Director at the March of Dimes. There, she coordinated and implemented fund-raising efforts and recruited volunteers for the cause.

While she is still active in offering her services to the community, Chris was thrilled to accept the opportunity to offer her expertise and knowledge to the next generation of broadcasters as Director of CSB School of Broadcasting – Nashville.
