Wendy Murdy
Wendy Murdy's career in radio goes back to her alma mater of Duquesne University. She started out at the college radio station, WDSR 97.7, as a disc jockey. She went on to become the Assistant Music Director, Music Director and then General Manager of the station. After graduating with her Master's degree in Education, Wendy has spent all of her postgraduate years in education management with companies such as Sylvan Learning Center, CEI and EDMC.

As Director, Wendy is in charge of everything at CSB School of Broadcasting – Pittsburgh. From curriculum to staffing and marketing to community outreach, Wendy has her finger on the pulse of the School.

The curriculum, cutting-edge equipment and experience gained through our program are what bring students to the campus and keep them coming back, but it is the hard work of the caring instructors and directors that take the time to get to know the students and assist them in achieving their lifetime goals that really makes the Pittsburgh campus shine."

Wendy lives 5 minutes away from the school with her Great Dane, cats and various reptilian buddies. She enjoys getting up at 5 am every day to work out and box.
