Founded in 1964 as the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, the CSB School of Broadcasting has become a nationally-renown career college with locations in 21 major cities across the United States. In the years since our founding, the School has greatly expanded its curriculum to include hands-on courses in television broadcasting, video editing, online audio & video production, as well as other current technologies.
The School continues to expand its locations and curricula to deliver the very latest practices and techniques in TV, Radio and Internet media.
Over the years, CSB has developed a reputation for teaching its students great versatility, equipping them with the skills to demonstrate their value in a wide variety of on-air and/or production roles. This multifaceted reputation - combined with our ability to educate and train students from a wide variety of backgrounds and interests - has led to long-standing relationships with most of the country's major media corporations.
In those early days in Farmington, Connecticut, the School only offered a few classes in radio broadcasting performance and production. In the years since, CSB School of Broadcasting is proud to have helped launch the media careers of tens of thousands in the radio, television, and online media industries.
